Q. What is the estimated delivery time?
We deliver within 24 hours after placing the order between 09:00 am – 9:00 pm on Monday to Sunday. Simply, select any of the delivery options most comfortable for you.
Time slots start from the next day and you can plan your delivery up to 14 days ahead.
Daily time slots are:
10 am – 12.30 pm
1 pm – 3.30 pm
3.30 pm – 6 pm
6 pm – 9 pm
Q. What are the delivery charges?
Luxmart.lk Delivery is free for orders more than Rs. 5000/-. Otherwise Rs. 200/- will be charged per order within the service area.
Q. Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs or additional charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Q. How will the delivery be done?
Luxmart will call you and confirm the delivery slot and a Luxmart delivery agent will deliver your order to the mentioned delivery address.
Q. What happens if you're late?
We have a 98% on-time record. However, if we are going to be a few minutes late due to traffic density, we'll call you and arrange a new time.
Q. What happens if I'm not at home when you deliver?
A Luxmart.lk customer care officer will inform you once we are ready to dispatch your order. In case you are not at home when they arrive, we will arrange a new time with you. However, a re-delivery fee of Rs. 100 will be charged.
Q. Will you drop-off my groceries in front of my home or to my neighbor in case I am not home?
We can deliver your order straight to your home or to your neighbor/ watchman or an entirely different address. However, you must clearly mention a delivery destination in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' text box before confirming your order. Please note that the deliveries will be made only against payments.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Q. What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking, expired)?

We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful. We insist you check all the items at the point of delivery
Q. How do I return products purchased on Luxmart.lk?
Goods once sold will not be taken back unless the product is damaged, expired, or faulty on arrival. Our supply crew checks the quality of all ordered products before they reach you. Products purchased on Luxmart.lk can be returned as per below only if unopened and in resalable condition.

Q. How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation or return? What are the modes of refund?
The amount will be refunded to you via Luxmart Points to use as store credit in your forthcoming purchases. In case of credit card payment we can also credit the money back to your credit/debit card or NetBanking which takes up to 8 to 10 working days to feature in your statement. Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue. Please note we will not be giving any cash refunds.
Q. How can I cancel my entire order?
Please contact our customer support in case you wish to cancel the order. On receipt of the cancellation notice we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or dispatched by us. In some cases, this can happen in an hour after you place the order.
Q. How can I cancel items in my order?
